1 General Terms & Conditions

• Each individual may register only one account. If multiple accounts are created, all of them will be suspended.

• A national ID card, passport, or birth certificate may be required for account verification.
• Operating an account on behalf of another person or any third party is strictly prohibited.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account.

3 Deposit & Payment Policy

5 Bonus & Promotion Terms

• To withdraw bonus funds, a wagering requirement of typically 20 to 30 times the bonus amount must be completed.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 49bt platform. Violations may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of any remaining balance.

• Using bots, automation software, or artificial intelligence to play games.

• Attempting to access another user's account or engaging in any hacking activity.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

49bt may suspend or permanently close any account under the following circumstances:

• A breach of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failing KYC verification or providing false information.
• Upon detection of suspicious financial activity or signs of fraud.
• At the user's own request (self-exclusion).

You may also request account closure at any time by contacting our support team. Prior to closure, you will be given the opportunity to withdraw any verified balance — unless it has been forfeited due to a breach of our rules.

10 Dispute Resolution

• In the event of a dispute over game results, server logs will be treated as the final and conclusive evidence.
• If a resolution cannot be reached internally, the matter will be referred to independent third-party arbitration.
